Designer Jill Obrochta has always had a passion for fashion and a love of animals. And now, her innovative new fur handbag collection, Beaudacious Bags™, combines these two attributes to create a unique and stylish offering.

Each Beaudacious Bag™ is a one-of-a-kind creation, crafted from finely preserved recycled fur. Mink coats, fur stoles and other luxurious animal pelts are given an elegant second coming, as they are lovingly hand-cut and sewn into Beaudacious Bags™. Obrochta signs all of these amazingly original works of art and gives each purse a name. Every bag also comes with a “birth certificate” symbolizing a new life for the animal that sacrificed its fur.

She hand selects only the most finely preserved recycled fur and pelts. Furs that she favors are: Mink, Sable, Muskrat, Fox and rabbit. But she is not limited to these authentic fineries. All handwork and design is done in the USA.

An unusual pyramid shape is another signature feature of the Beaudacious Bag™ collection. The pyramid represents power and energy, the essence of femininity and strength. That’s why Beaudacious Bags™ are embraced by women who have the confidence and personal power to make a bold fashion statement and memorable first impression. A new trendy fur purse is presented each season, in a limited edition series of Beaudacious Bags™. The current fashion is the ”Little Brown Bag” featured in the signature series. While several will be offered in this style, each remains slightly different from the others, in harmony with the philosophy that every Beaudacious Bag™ is a unique creation designed to honor the most beautiful aspect of any woman – her individuality.

Beaudacious Bags™ are available for retail and wholesale purchase, with a percentage of annual profits donated to the Animal Humane Society and other animal rescue groups. Obrochta will also work with individual clients who have heirloom furs that they would like to recycle into custom-designed bags for personal use and gift giving to sisters, mothers, daughters and friends.
